Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rushcutstudio.com and any services provided by Rushcut Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a package, submitting a brief or otherwise using our services, you ("you", "the Client") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our services.

2. Our Services

Rushcut Studio produces short-form video advertisements for brands, including UGC-style testimonials, character-led comedy, music-driven product films and ASMR-style spots. Deliverables are produced using third-party artificial intelligence (AI) image, video and voice generation tools, combined with human direction, editing, captioning and sound design.

On-screen people, voices and characters in our ads are synthetic and created for your ad. They are not real customers, and their appearance in an ad does not represent a real person's experience with your product.

3. Packages

  • Starter — a one-time purchase of one video ad (15–25 seconds) with one revision round. If you upgrade to Growth or Scale within 14 days of purchasing Starter, the Starter fee is credited toward your upgrade.
  • Growth — a one-time purchase of three video ads in different formats, with three hook variations per ad and two revision rounds per ad.
  • Scale — a monthly subscription for six video ads per month, with hook variations, priority turnaround and two revision rounds per ad.

Package contents, prices and delivery times are as listed on our website at the time of purchase. Custom projects are governed by the scope agreed in writing by email.

4. Payment

All payments are processed by our payment partner, Whop. Prices are in US dollars. One-time packages are paid in full at checkout. Scale subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each monthly billing period and renew automatically until cancelled. Launch pricing, where offered, stays in place for as long as your Scale subscription remains active; if it lapses, current pricing applies on return.

We may change our prices at any time. Changes do not affect a billing period you have already paid for, and we will give Scale subscribers reasonable notice by email before a new price applies.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide clear product photos, logos, brand guidelines and any required information promptly. Delivery times begin once we have the materials we need and you have approved the storyboard.
  • Confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all materials you send us, including trademarks, logos, product designs and copy.
  • Review storyboards and drafts and respond within a reasonable time. Delays on your side do not pause Scale billing.
  • Make sure that any claims, offers, prices or statements you ask us to include are accurate, lawful and substantiated, and that your use of the ads complies with the advertising policies of each platform and with applicable advertising, consumer protection and AI-disclosure rules in the places you advertise.

6. Production Process & Delivery

For each ad we first share a storyboard (key frames showing your product, plus the script and on-screen copy) for your approval. Production of the final video begins only after you approve it. Final files are delivered as MP4 video by download link to the email address you provide. Starter ads are delivered within 5 business days and Growth packages within 7 business days of storyboard approval. Scale deliveries are scheduled across each billing month.

7. Revisions

Starter includes one revision round; Growth and Scale include two revision rounds per ad. Revision requests must be sent by email within 7 days of delivery. Revisions cover pacing and timing, captions and on-screen text, music and sound, and replacing individual shots with alternatives. A substantially different concept, format or script after storyboard approval is treated as a new ad and quoted separately. Because AI generation does not reproduce identical results on request, revisions may involve regenerating shots that differ in minor details from earlier versions.

8. Communication

Project communication, storyboards, drafts, deliveries and formal notices are handled by email from hello@rushcutstudio.com.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Scale subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Whop client portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and ads scheduled for that period will still be delivered. There are no contracts or exit fees.

All payments are non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Results

We make every ad to a high professional standard, but we cannot guarantee specific advertising results such as views, click-through rates, sales or return on ad spend. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, targeting, budget, platform algorithms and competition.

11. Ownership & Licensing

Once you have paid in full, you own the final delivered videos and may use them worldwide, without time limit, for organic and paid advertising and marketing. Music and sound effects included in your ads are licensed from third-party libraries for use in your ads; this license does not allow you to extract and use the music on its own. Storyboards, unused shots, drafts, project files and prompts remain our property.

Because deliverables are produced with AI tools, copyright protection for AI-generated material may be limited in some jurisdictions, and similar imagery may be generated independently by others. We do not reuse your product, logo or brand assets for any other client.

We may show your ads in our portfolio and marketing after they have been published, unless you ask us in writing before production starts not to.

12. Content We Won't Produce

We do not produce ads that recreate real people's likeness or voice without their documented consent, impersonate other brands, make false or unsubstantiated health, medical or financial claims, or promote illegal, hateful or adult products. We may decline or stop any project that we reasonably believe breaches these standards; in that case, any unused portion of a payment for work not yet started will be refunded.

13. Confidentiality

We keep your unreleased products, materials and business information confidential, and use them only to produce your ads. Your materials are processed by the third-party tools we use for production (see our Privacy Policy).

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue, or for any platform's rejection, restriction or removal of an ad. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the package or billing period in which the claim arose.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from materials you provided, claims you asked us to include, or your use of the ads in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Material changes will be sent to active Scale subscribers by email, and continued use of our services after that means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Before starting any formal proceedings, both parties agree to try in good faith to resolve any dispute by email within 30 days.
