Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Rushcut Studio ("we", "us") collects when you visit rushcutstudio.com or use our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Your name, email address, brand or store link, selected package and project details when you submit our contact form or email us.
- Materials you send for production, such as product photos, logos, brand guidelines and copy.
- Feedback and messages you send us during a project.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, pages visited and IP address, collected in server logs by our hosting provider.
Payment information
Payments are handled by our payment partner, Whop. We do not receive or store your full card number or banking details. We receive confirmation of your purchase, your name and email, and the package you bought.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To reply to enquiries and send you proposals, storyboards, drafts and final files.
- To produce your ads.
- To manage payments, subscriptions and billing questions.
- To keep our website secure and working properly.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use your product materials for any other client.
3. Service Providers We Use
We share information only with the providers we need to run our business, each of which handles data under its own privacy policy:
- Netlify — website hosting and contact form submissions.
- Whop — payment processing, subscriptions and the client billing portal.
- Our email provider — project communication from hello@rushcutstudio.com.
- AI generation and editing tools — the product photos and materials you send are uploaded to third-party AI image, video and voice generation services to produce your ads.
- File delivery services (such as cloud storage links) — to deliver your final videos.
4. Your Materials
Your unreleased products, materials and business information are treated as confidential and used only to produce your ads. Published ads may appear in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing before production starts not to show them.
5. Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services we link to, such as Whop checkout, may set their own cookies under their own policies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
We keep enquiry and project emails for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements. Project files are kept for up to 12 months after delivery so we can handle re-edits and re-downloads, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your materials sooner.
7. Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or California privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email hello@rushcutstudio.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. International Transfers
Our team and service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on our providers' safeguards for international transfers.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
